J.Crew Factory in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Stock Associate to keep the stockroom organized, process shipments, and replenish floor stock to support a smooth customer experience.

You will lift up to 40 pounds, work nights and weekends as needed, and join a team committed to brand standards, teamwork, and delivering value to customers.

Qualifications

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.
