J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Stock Associate to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes, handling stock, packaging customer orders, and assisting with various tasks to support an exceptional customer experience.

You will work with a team in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrating flexibility, fashion awareness, and a focus on accurate stocking and presentation. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service.

Job Summary

As a Stock Associate, you ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. You are responsible for receiving and replenishing products efficiently on the sales floor and maintaining an organized stock room. You’ll package customer orders promptly and assist with various tasks as required. Your role fosters an inclusive, collaborative environment dedicated to product passion that contributes to exceptional customer experiences.

Hourly Range: $13.50 - $15.52
