What You’ll Do

As a stock associate, you’ll delight shoppers with everything for extraordinary gift giving, entertaining, and decorating. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, stocking merchandise, maintaining visual standards, and delivering curbside orders.

1. Physically unload trucks and check in products according to company procedures.
2. Stock merchandise following visual standards, schematics, pricing, productivity, and safety standards.
3. Maintain organization and standards in the stockroom and sales floor.
4. Adhere to all loss prevention policies and procedures, including handling distressed merchandise.
5. Perform general housekeeping as directed by management.
6. Assist customers using World Market service standards and represent the brand.
7. Operate cash registers and cashier as needed, following customer service and register procedures.

What You’ll Bring

• A can-do attitude and a commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open-minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Preferred but not required: 1+ years of retail experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to initiate conversations with customers.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
