Job summary

Sézane is seeking a Stock Associate to support inventory flow at our Seaport District Boston store, joining a dynamic retail team. The role is full-time or part-time and requires hands-on organization and a proactive attitude.

You will manage stock levels, assist with allocation, prep floor sets, and ensure accurate product knowledge, while handling boxes up to 20lbs and maintaining visual standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail inventory management experience.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

• Open availability, including weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels at warehouse and store.
• Assist with allocation planning.
• Template inventory for merchandising on floor.

• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.

journey. The position is based in Seaport District in Boston, MA.

Your missions will be the following:

• Managing inbound and outbound inventory flow
• Keeping track of inventory levels at both warehouse and store
• Assistance with allocation planning
• Templating inventory for merchandising on floor
• Ability to lift and handle boxes of merchandise of over 20lbs
• Replenishing floor inventory
• Organization of the stockroom and product management
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and basic operational procedures
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed
• Ensure visual standards are maintained

Your Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of retail inventory management experience.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask is a must.

• Open availability and weekends are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

$24 per hour
