Sézane is seeking a Stock Associate (full-time/part-time) to manage inventory flow and support store and warehouse stock levels in the Seaport District of Boston, MA. The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

The position involves maintaining stockroom organization, assisting with allocation and merchandising, and ensuring visual standards across inventory and displays. Open availability and weekend shifts are expected.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound inventory flow.
• Keeping track of inventory levels at both warehouse and store.
• Assistance with allocation planning.
• Templating inventory for merchandising on floor.
• Ability to lift and handle boxes of merchandise of over 20lbs.
• Replenishing floor inventory.
• Organization of the stockroom and product management.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and basic operational procedures.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained.
