Job summary

One You Love Homecare Windermere is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support in the Cleveland area, helping clients stay independent with dignity.

As a caregiver you will offer companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, and safe transportation, while documenting tasks and following care plans.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or related field experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (insurance if required for client transport).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plans.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
