Job summary

PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily care for residents in accordance with their care plans.

This full-time role requires compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to work with nursing staff to monitor residents, record observations, and maintain a safe, dignified environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a CNA license.
• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to their assessment and care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments and ensure proper identification.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and report any violations.
• Assist residents with daily functions and prepare rooms for new admissions or transfers.

Education
