Meadowbrook Care Center in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a dedicated STNA to join our dayshift team. You will provide direct patient care under licensed nurses, assisting residents with ADLs and basic hygiene, while supporting the care team to promote well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certified in Ohio.

• Ability to lift, transfer and move residents with care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including:
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • - Providing basic care and hygiene, including vital signs and wound care
  • - Assisting with medication administration and treatments
  • - Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborate with the health care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices
