Responsibilities

• Observe residents, document intake/output, and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Maintain clean, tidy resident rooms and transport as needed.
• Promote resident rights, dignity and safety; report abuse or neglect immediately.
• Follow all policies, regulations, and infection control standards; assist staff as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily resident care: bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and ADLs under RN/LPN supervision
• Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, turning, ambulating, and nutritional supplements
• Observe residents, document intake/output, and report changes to supervising nurse
• Maintain clean, tidy resident rooms and living areas—make beds and transport as needed
• Promote resident rights, dignity, and safety—report abuse/neglect immediately
• Follow all CCH Corporation policies, federal/state regulations, and infection control standards
• Assist nursing staff and perform other duties as assigned
