The ARC at Cincinnati is seeking compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents while helping create a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment.

Available shifts include Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. The role emphasizes high-quality resident care, timely response to care needs, and collaboration with nurses and the care

Formación

• Current Ohio STNA certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality resident care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Answer resident call lights and respond promptly to care needs.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Turn and reposition residents to maintain comfort and prevent skin breakdown.
• Assist residents with meals while following dietary restrictions, preferences, and allergies.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Measure and document food and fluid intake and output.
• Record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate.
• Monitor residents for signs of injury, illness, or other concerns and report findings promptly.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, caregivers, and other team members.
