We are currently seeking State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) to join our exceptional team of caregivers!

Responsibilities of an STNA:
  • Provide daily routine nursing care to assigned residents under the direction of the Charge Nurse (RN/LPN).
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support residents with mobility, transferring, and repositioning to ensure comfort and prevent pressure ulcers.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.
  • Assist with feeding and hydration as needed, ensuring dietary needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including changing bed linens and keeping rooms organized.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Follow all facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal guidelines, to ensure quality care.
Qualifications of an STNA:
  • Must have a valid and up-to-date STNA license.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to excellent patient care.
  • Ability to lift and assist residents safely as needed.
