Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join Wellspring Health Care Center in Cincinnati. This full-time role supports residents under RN/LPN supervision, taking vitals, tracking height/weight, and assisting with daily activities to ensure comfort and safety.

Candidates should hold an active CNA license, show compassion, and respect residents’ rights and dignity while reporting any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but 6+ months of general patient care is a plus.
• You have a CNA license.
• You demonstrate compassion for others and a desire to help residents.
• You protect the rights and dignity of residents.

Responsibilities

• Take and record residents’ vital signs.
• Measure and record residents’ height and weight.
• Calculate and record residents’ fluid intake and output.
• Report abnormal changes in health to a supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Inform supervisor of resident issues or suspected abuse or neglect.

Job Description

• Full-time only. We are NOT looking to add PRN at this time.
• Take and record residents’ vital signs.
• Measure and record residents’ height and weight.
• Calculate and record residents’ fluid intake and output.
• Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and the importance of reporting such changes to a supervisor.
• Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns, as well as suspected abuse or neglect.

Qualifications

• No experience is required, but 6+ months of general patient care is a plus.
• You have a CNA license.
• You have compassion for others and want nothing more than to help others who cannot help themselves.
• You have the ability to help others in a way that shows them respect and dignity.
• You are somebody who will protect the rights and possessions of the residents that you are working with.
