Job summary

Versailles Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Versailles, OH is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and to join a supportive team. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered to welcome you to our caring community.

As part of our dedicated team, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor resident conditions, and work closely with nurses to maintain a safe, respectful environment where residents feel like family.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification.
• A caring heart and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care and assistance with residents’ daily living activities.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to deliver exceptional care.
• Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for every resident.
