Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Experience involving independent decision making
• Healthcare experience is desirable

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end
• Provide personal and nursing care per care plan
• Facilitate and conduct activities
• Respond to resident requests respectfully
• Maintain a clean, safe environment
• Assist with resident activities
• Perform basic nursing procedures
• Ensure resident needs are met with dignity
• Document resident activities and care
• Adhere to policies, standards, and safety protocols
• Attend training and educational sessions
• Perform other duties as assigned
