QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an STNA, you will:

• Participate in and receive resident reports at shift start/end
• Provide personal and nursing care according to the resident care plan
• Facilitate and conduct activities
• Respond to resident requests and needs with dignity and respect
• Maintain a clean, pleasant environment for residents
• Assist in preparing residents for activities inside and outside the center
• Ensure all resident care is provided respectfully and with dignity
• Perform basic nursing procedures as required
• Create a safe, comfortable environment meeting residents’ needs
• Meet resident food service needs promptly and compassionately
• Maintain documentation of activities of daily living, programs, and resident forms
• Adhere to departmental, center, and corporate policies, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Attend training, educational classes, and orientation to maintain certification and improve care quality
• Perform other related activities as assigned
