Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift
• Provide personal/nursing care according to resident care plans
• Facilitate and conduct activities
• Respond to resident requests in a respectful manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment
• Assist in preparing residents for activities
• Perform basic nursing procedures as required
• Ensure residents' needs are met compassionately
• Maintain documentation records
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Attend training and educational programs
• Perform other activities as assigned
