BridgePort Healthcare Center is actively recruiting State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our patient-centered nursing team. We offer Day, Evening, and Night shifts with competitive starting wages up to $21.50 based on experience, plus Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement, free uniforms, and comprehensive health plans.

We welcome high school graduates or GED holders and graduates of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program to apply.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities.
• Monitor & respond to resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities within and outside the center.
• Ensure that resident care is provided in a dignified manner.
• Perform basic nursing care procedures as required.
• Create a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents.

Education
