Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Prior experience in a healthcare environment is desirable.
• Ability to make independent decisions while providing patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and nursing care in accordance with the resident care plan.
• Participate in resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Assist in activities and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Document activities of daily living and restorative programs.
