Job summary

Boonespring is seeking a State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Union, KY. You will provide direct care to residents according to the care plan and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care.

Pay ranges from $17 to $22 per hour based on experience and credentials, with night and weekend shift differentials. Daily pay is available, and the facility offers scholarships to support career growth and flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts.

• Meet the state eligible requirements for STNA.
• Has a sincere desire to work with elderly and enjoys working directly with residents, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and ADL needs for the patients/residents per the care plan.
• Acts as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery to our patients
• Documents care in the electronic medical record
• Provides feedback for individualizing resident care plans

Facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time and PRN, NIGHT SHIFT Positions. Come join our team as a state tested nurse aide at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. This rewarding position provides direct care to the patients in the facility and ensures excellent care delivery is performed on the nursing care units. The position ensures the needs of the residents and resident families during the care delivery process.
