Carespring Health Care Management is hiring state tested nursing aides (STNA) in Hamilton, OH for day, night, and PRN positions across 8- and 12-hour shifts.

Pay starts at $17 per hour and goes up to $21.50, with additional shift differentials for evenings and weekends; daily pay is available. The role involves direct care, ADLs, and documentation in the EMR to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Meet the state eligible requirements for STNA.
• Willing to work with elderly residents and families.
• Able to provide direct care per care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and ADL needs for the patients/residents per the care plan.
• Acts as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery to our patients.
• Documents care in the electronic medical record.
• Provides feedback for individualizing resident care plans.

Facility is currently looking for Full Time, Part Time and PRN Positions for both DAY & NIGHT SHIFTS. Come join our team as a state tested nurse aide at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. If you are not certified, we can assist you with getting certified! This rewarding position provides direct care to the patients in the facility and ensures excellent care delivery is performed on the nursing care units. The position ensures the needs of the residents and resident families during the care delivery process.
