Job summary

Hospice of Northwest Ohio – Wauseon Branch is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to provide personal care to patients in accordance with each patient’s plan of care. Monday through Friday work schedule with no weekend shifts and travel to facilities or homes as needed.

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification is required; if you are test-ready, the cost of the exam will be reimbursed within the first 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or test-ready.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to hospice patients per plan of care.
• Travel to patient locations as required.

Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA or test-ready). If test-ready, Hospice of Northwest Ohio will pay the cost of the test if obtained within first 90 days of employment.

Hospice Aides provide personal care to hospice patients according to the patient’s plan of care.
