Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community, located in New Concord, Ohio, seeks a State Tested Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate care and support residents in a family-focused environment.

This full-time STNA role involves administering medications, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and documenting care per HIPAA. Three 12-hour shifts weekly (6:00 pm–6:00 am) with every-other weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant with valid certification in Ohio.
• Experience in senior care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.

Summary

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Beckett House Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for supporting our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). In this position you will join a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment.

This position has a starting pay rate of $19 to $20 an hour based on years of certification Additional 0.75 cents from 7pm-11pm and additional 0.50 cents from 11pm-7am

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Three(3) 12-hour shifts a week 6:00pm-6:00am. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.
