Job summary

Shift Seekers Staffing in Ohio is seeking a qualified STNA to join our flexible Long Term Care team. You’ll deliver daily care in alignment with resident assessments and care plans, supporting residents with dignity and respect.

We offer guaranteed shifts, self-scheduling, and a variety of contract options, including full-time and per diem. Earn $23–$28+ per hour with daily or weekly pay, plus benefits that start after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State Tested Nursing Assistant license in this state
• Minimum of six months experience in long-term care required
• Must understand nursing and medical practices, procedures, and regulations relevant to long-term care
• Responsible for delivering daily care and services in alignment with resident assessments and care plans
