Qualifications

• STNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility by helping residents transfer, reposition, and use assistive devices.
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutritional intake.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document care accurately and communicate with the healthcare team.
