Job summary

Relavix Health Group in Athens, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to serve as Driver/Central Supply Coordinator. You will safely transport residents to appointments, assist with mobility, and help ensure supplies are stocked and ready for the nursing team.

This role combines patient-facing support with inventory and shipping tasks, offering steady hours in a skilled nursing environment and opportunities for professional development within our care-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Valid STNA License in Ohio
• Ability to safely operate a passenger van.
• Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, transportation, or inventory management is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy visits, and other approved destinations using the facility vehicle.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle while providing compassionate, courteous service.
• Complete vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report any maintenance concerns.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with nursing staff and outside providers.
• Receive, organize, stock, and distribute medical and facility supplies throughout the building.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and assist with ordering supplies to prevent shortages.
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas and ensure supplies are readily available for staff.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and other operational tasks as assigned.
