Job summary

Edgewood Manor of Greenfield is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to care for residents in our 60-bed skilled nursing facility. You will assist with daily living activities, promote dignity, and support the nursing staff in providing compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active STNA certification in Ohio is required.
• New graduates welcome.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide respectful, hands-on care that promotes dignity and comfort.
• Support nursing staff with daily routines and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans.
