Job summary

Meadow Falls of Bath is seeking an STNA to provide direct resident care, including activities of daily living. You will monitor vital signs, report changes, and help maintain a safe, clean environment in a compassionate team setting.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, and collaboration with nursing staff on care plans. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Current STNA certification in the State of Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist with lifting and transfers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist residents with mobility and transferring, including using mechanical lifts and other equipment as needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration rate.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and facility administration.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning meetings.
