Qualifications

• Active STNA certification in Ohio.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting).
• Provide comfort, companionship, and emotional support.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist nursing staff with resident care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
