Jamestown Place Health and Rehab in Jamestown, OH, is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide direct care to residents under licensed staff supervision.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor safety, document care, help with meals, transfers, and participate in routine care plans. Full-time and part-time positions available with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Mansioni

• Provides direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assists with transferring, positioning and mobility.
• Coordinates dining room services, meals, feeding, and meal intake documentation.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake.
• Records resident weights and reports changes to nurse.
• Monitors skin condition and reports issues to nurse.
• Assists with toileting programs.
• Completes flow sheets and documents progress as directed.
• Notifies nurse of changes in resident condition.
• Other duties as assigned.

Formazione

Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State
