Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course and current state license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent attendance.
• Passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care according to approved Care Plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety.
• Follow infection control procedures and proper documentation practices.
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
