Provide resident care per approved care plans, assist with daily activities and safety, follow infection control procedures, and complete documentation including vital signs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA/STNA license.
• Completed CNA/STNA course with active state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
• Follow and support infection control procedures
• Complete required documentation, including vital signs
• Immediately report any violations of Residents’ Rights
• Support a positive, respectful environment for residents and families
