Job summary

Overbrook Landing Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an Activities Personnel with STNA certification to create engaging experiences for our residents. You will plan and lead group and individual activities, encourage participation, and provide one-on-one support in a brand-new facility.

As a full-time on-site team member, you will help set up/clear activity areas, escort residents to activities, and assist with special events and holiday activities while following all policies and safety

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors or in healthcare is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Active STNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading group and individual activities
• Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one support
• Set up and clean up activity areas and supplies
• Escort residents to activities as needed
• Assist with special events and holiday activities
• Follow all facility policies and safety guidelines
