Job summary

Overbrook Landing Health & Rehabilitation is seeking caring Activities Personnel to plan and lead engaging activities for residents at our brand-new facility in Xenia, Ohio. This role requires an active STNA certification and a compassionate, patient, and outgoing personality.

You will assist with planning activities, encourage participation, and support residents one-on-one while ensuring safety and adherence to facility policies.

Qualifications

• Active STNA certification is required.
• Experience with seniors or in healthcare is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient and outgoing personality with good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading group and individual activities.
• Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one support.
• Set up and clean up activity areas and supplies.
• Escort residents to activities as needed.
• Assist with special events and holiday activities.
• Follow all facility policies and safety guidelines.
