Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated CNA whose focus is compassionate, resident-centered care in a 75-bed Ohio facility. You’ll follow care plans, assist residents with daily activities, and maintain safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Current CNA/STNA license.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring resident safety.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping policies, including vital signs.
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
