• Cook ingredients as assembled by the Apportioner and identify dishes correctly.
• Adjust seasoning and cooking times to meet standards.
• Maintain hygiene and operate kitchen equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Carry out essential cooking tasks as directed by the Apportioner.
• Respond promptly to order requests and ensure dishes are prepared accurately.
• Follow health department regulations for food handling, storage, and safety.
• Assist Kitchen Manager in training hourly staff and inventory checks.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying freshness and quantity.
