Qualifications

• Willingness to follow instructions and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare stir-fry dishes as ordered, according to recipes and health regulations.
• Cook ingredients for menu items as assembled by the Apportioner.
• Adjust seasoning and cooking times to meet company standards for color, flavor and aroma.
• Execute company recipes and procedures for all dishes.
• Mix sauces and marinades according to company recipes and procedures.
• Follow local health department regulations in food handling, preparation and storage.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist management to develop menu specials and train hourly staff.
• Assist in inventory counts and receiving deliveries.
