Job summary

Agfinity is seeking an outgoing Ace Hardware Stihl Associate in Brighton, CO to assist customers with STIHL outdoor power equipment. You will greet customers, explain product differences, and help register, fuel, and start new equipment while building strong product knowledge.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Prior small engine repair or hardware retail experience is preferred. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year small engine repair experience preferred.
• 1+ year retail or hardware experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Repair STIHL equipment brought in by customers.
• Greet customers and provide helpful service in-store.
• Build product knowledge of STIHL and store layout.
• Register, fuel, and start STIHL equipment for customers.
• Order and stock STIHL display parts and repairs.
• Accurately diagnose problems and explain solutions to customers.
