Location: Ghent, KY

Pay Rate: Up to $32 per hour

Hours: 40+ hours per week

The Systems Group is seeking an energetic individual to join us as a Stick Welding teammate. This role involves addressing day-to-day issues and contributing to the long-term strategic planning of our operations nationwide. Stick Pipe Welder Job Responsibilities:

• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly.
• Weld metal components such as piping systems, plates, pipes, tubes, or structural shapes according to layout, blueprints, diagrams, work orders, welding procedures, or oral instructions, using electric arc-welding equipment.
• Plan installations or repairs to avoid obstructions and interference with other workers’ activities.
• Secure pipes to structures with brackets, clamps, and hangers, using hand and power tools.
• Weld in all positions—flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead.

Experience and Requirements:

• Preferred: Pipe welding experience in an industrial setting.
• OSHA-approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided).
