Job description

Plan, design, and implement products through collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. Work with others to troubleshoot key issues to create a great user experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop creative product or product line designs that reflect current trends and the organization's aesthetic.
  • Assist in creating sketches, concept boards, color palettes, or other visual demonstrations translating market trends into organizational products.
  • Perform a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline.
  • Apply working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies to accomplish objectives and goals.
  • Solve moderately complex to complex problems and analyze possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
  • Explain complex and / or sensitive information in a straightforward manner.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues, providing guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.

Experience

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience.
