Washington Hilton is seeking a dynamic Stewarding Supervisor to join their Stewarding team! With approximately 120,000 square feet of meeting space and 3 Food & Beverage outlets, this property is located in the heart of Washington, DC, hosting exceptional events and guests.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the stewarding department as a Steward or 2-3 years in a supervisory role, with full availability to work a flexible hospitality schedule. This is a great opportunity for career growth in hospitality.

Shift Pattern:

Fluctuating schedules over AM and PM shifts, primarily 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range:

$22.01 - $29.35 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary staff in transporting and cleaning utensils and service ware
• Oversee cleaning of work areas and surroundings
• Maintain inventory for food and beverage departments
• Ensure timely delivery of food and equipment for functions
• Schedule, assign, and train team members
• Monitor and evaluate team performance
