The award-winning AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Steward to join the Food & Beverage team!

Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, this town is known for its laid-back vibe and active lifestyle, playing an iconic role in California's surf culture.

The resort spans 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff, featuring over 400 rooms, 115,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 8 food & beverage outlets, including 4 restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and IRD.

• Shift: AM / PM shifts
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Steward, your responsibilities include transporting and cleaning utensils and serviceware, supporting the hotel's commitment to guest service and profitability. Your tasks will include:

• Washing dishes and operating the dishwasher for chinaware, silverware, and utensils
• Scrubbing pots and pans
• Burnishing, de-tarnishing, and polishing silver
• Stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment
• Performing cleaning duties such as mopping and trash removal
• Transporting and storing clean serviceware
• Training other stewards as needed
• Preparing and arranging clean serviceware for events and functions
