The award-winning AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Steward to join the Food & Beverage team.

Located in Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, known for its surf culture and laid-back lifestyle, the resort is perched on 175 acres atop a seaside bluff with over 400 rooms, 115,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 8 F&B outlets including restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and IRD.

Responsibilities include:

• Washing dishes and operating dishwashers
• Scrubbing pots and pans
• Burnishing, de-tarnishing, and polishing silverware
• Stocking supplies and maintaining equipment
• Performing cleaning duties such as mopping and trash removal
• Transporting and storing clean serviceware
• Training other stewards as needed
• Preparing and setting up serviceware for events
