Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Operates large electric machines such as dishwashers and sanitizers.
• Washes work surfaces, tables, refrigerators and prep areas as assigned.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas observing safe lifting.
• Assists with setup and delivery of supplies as needed.
• Complies with sanitation and safety requirements.
