The Role

The Steward will report directly to the Culinary Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  1. Wash all china, glass and silverware.
  2. Clean all equipment, pots and pans.
  3. Store all equipment in proper locations.
  4. Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  6. Transport food and equipment throughout the stadium as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent customer service.
  2. Can be trusted to act in a manner that is truthful and values direct, honest communication at all levels of the organization.
  3. Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly.
  4. Detail oriented.
  5. Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  7. 1 year of experience in a high volume kitchen area.
  8. Must be able to work long flexible hours.
  9. Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  10. Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
  11. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  12. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
