Job Summary:

Supervises hourly associates to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintains kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Implement, oversee, and follow up on sanitation standards and procedures.
2. Ensure food service equipment is secure and properly maintained.
3. Prepare weekly schedules and assign additional personnel as needed.
4. Sweep and mop floors regularly to meet safety and sanitation standards.
5. Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
6. Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
7. Segregate and remove trash, and clean trash cans as needed.
8. Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and food prep equipment.
9. Transport supplies and equipment safely between storage and work areas.
10. Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house arrangements.
11. Help load, unload, and deliver supplies and products.
12. Distribute supplies and utensils as needed.
13. Follow all sanitation and safety protocols.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
