Job description

Our Cambria Denver RiNois currently seeking a part time Steward. As a rockstar on the F&B Team you will help uscraft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! This could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a growing and exciting hotel management company!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Keep all dishes and kitchen supplies clean and stocked
  • Keep all areas of kitchen clean, including floors, walls, ceilings, shelves, counters, etc
  • Assist chef and cook with food prep and inventory as requested
  • Arrange serving dishes, trays, utensils, cups and paper products
  • Washing serving equipment, china, glass and silver and return to storage after meal hours and functions, as needed.
  • Ensure all tables are properly cleaned, and dining area is vacuumed.
  • Welcoming and friendly personality.
  • Assists department in maintaining safety equipment and emergency procedures for the safety of all guests and employees.
  • Maintain an inventory of needed supplies; keep all items at par level.
  • Comply with standards as outlined in the brand's food sanitation checklist.
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly inventory, as needed
  • Be familiar with hotel facilities and their location and hours

Education and Experience:

  • Previous food and beverage experience
