The Sunny is an oceanfront hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, managed by Davidson Hospitality Group. We are seeking a detail-oriented Steward to support our culinary team, maintain cleanliness, and assist with food preparation as needed.

Join a fast-paced kitchen focused on safety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required. Hotel discounts and benefits are available to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
