Job summary

The Sunny, a Curio Collection by Hilton, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our culinary team in Sunny Isles Beach. You will wash dishes, maintain cleanliness, and assist with food prep in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires physical work, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Davidson Hospitality Group offers opportunities across its hotel portfolio and a path for growth in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
• Display a positive and energetic attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and attention to detail
