Dusit Guam is seeking a Stewarding Manager to oversee all aspects of the stewarding department at Dusit Thani Guam Resort. The successful candidate will ensure the proper usage and maintenance of machinery and equipment, as well as manage inventory and purchasing for the F&B division.

The role includes hiring, training, and supervising Stewarding staff, contributing to a well-run department in a prestigious resort setting.

The Stewarding Manager oversees all facets of the stewarding department. The manager ensures proper usage and preventative maintenance of all machinery and equipment used in the stewarding Department. The Manager must also set-up and maintain inventory of supplies, plan and budget the purchasing of China glassware and silverware for the entire F&B division. In addition, the Manager coordinates, hires, trains, disciplines and supervises the Stewarding staff.
