Job summary

Dusit Guam is seeking a Recreation Supervisor to support Recreation Management in coordinating and supervising all recreational programs within the hotel, including entertainment, sports, and wellness activities on property in Tumon, GU.

You will train and mentor staff, ensure facilities are maintained and accessible, and deliver guest‑facing programs that are engaging, well‑organized, and safe for all guests.

The Recreation Supervisor supports Recreation Management in the overall coordination, administration, and supervision of all recreational programs within the hotel. Working closely with the Assistant Recreation Manager, the Supervisor helps oversee guest‑facing activities, including entertainment, sports, and wellness programs, ensuring they are engaging, well‑organized, and consistently delivered.

This role is also responsible for ensuring that all recreation facilities are properly maintained, accessible, and adequately staffed. Additionally, the Recreation Supervisor trains, mentors, and supervises team members to ensure exceptional guest service and a safe, enjoyable environment for all participants.
